# Inkjet Printing on NanoPaper: Waveforms & Platen Temperature

## Baseline setup

- **Platen:** start **30–45 °C**; increase for faster dry if edges remain crisp.
- **Waveform:** vendor-recommended for your ink head; purge/prime before runs.
- **Drop spacing:** start with vendor default; tighten only after adhesion validated.

## Artifact control

- **Coffee-ring:** increase platen temp or adjust solids; lengthen dwell between passes.
- **Satellites:** tweak waveform/voltage; verify nozzle health.
- **Bleed:** reduce ink laydown, lower platen temp, or increase inter-pass delay.

## Post-process

- Stepwise **dry → anneal → sinter** per ink. Verify solvent is fully removed before high-temp steps.

## Metrology

- Inspect edge roughness and minimum printable line.
- Measure resistance of printed traces; track across print/cure iterations.
