Environment

Operate at 40–60% RH and 18–24 °C. Keep sheets flat in the pouch until use.

Acclimation

Before opening a sealed pack, let it acclimate to the lab environment for ≥2 hours to minimize curl from moisture differentials.

Handling

Wear nitrile gloves; avoid fingerprints on print zones. Use low-tack hold-downs; avoid over-constraining edges (can imprint).

Re-dry protocol (if moisture pickup occurs)

1. Place sheets on a clean tray with light airflow.

2. 50–60 °C for 30–60 min; avoid direct radiant hotspots.

3. Cool flat under a light, clean weight. Re-bag with desiccant.

After use

Reseal the pouch promptly. Store flat. Label the pack with lot ID and date opened.
